Alicia strives to create a warm, supportive atmosphere for her clients who are looking for guidance as they navigate through difficult experiences in their lives. Alicia's treatment approach is eclectic and flexible depending upon the varied experiences and goals that clients bring to each session. 


Alicia helps individuals manage depression, anxiety, life transitions, parenting challenges, and grief and loss, with a clinical specialty in working with clients pursuing varied family building pathways, including third party reproduction and adoption, individuals experiencing infertility, perinatal mood disorders and pregnancy/neonatal loss, as well as women's health issues. Alicia has advanced clinical training in both CBT and EMDR modalities and is licensed to practice in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine and Florida.


Alicia has maintained a private practice for the past eight years focusing on fertility counseling and third party reproduction assessments and consultations. Alicia has also worked in third party reproduction at Circle Surrogacy in Boston, MA, screening and supporting gestational carriers and intended parents in addition to working at Massachusetts General Hospital's Vincent Fertility Center, where she served as an embedded mental health professional providing counseling to patients, consultation to the medical team and assessment of third party reproduction candidates.

Dylan works to tailor her therapeutic approach to the individual needs of each patient or couple. She understands the vulnerability that it takes to seek therapeutic support and strives to create a warm, collaborative, and safe environment.


Dylan has worked in various clinical settings throughout her career including in adolescent inpatient psych, adoption, and crisis, before beginning her focus on fertility and perinatal mental health. Dylan has worked at Circle Surrogacy and Egg Donation, Fertility Solutions United Health, and Boston IVF as a therapist and providing third party reproduction psycho-educational consultations and assessments.


Dylan has experience working with third party reproduction including gamete donors, donor recipients, gestational carriers, non-traditional family dynamics and family building experiences. She has worked closely with individuals and couples throughout various stages of trying to conceive, pregnancy, postpartum, and the adjustment to parenthood.


Dylan, originally from Northampton, MA, now resides in the greater Boston area with her husband and young daughter. She received her Master in Social Work degree from Westfield State University and holds licensure in Massachusetts, Maine, and California.

Stephanie is a Boston-based social worker with more than 10 years of clinical experience, including work in early intervention supporting families with children with unique developmental needs, supporting individuals and couples utilizing utilizing third party reproduction to grow their families at Circle Surrogacy and Egg Donation in addition to working as an inpatient social worker in the NICU at Boston Children’s Hospital and as a therapist at Boston IVF.


Stephanie's clinical interests including supporting couples and families through loss and grief, transition to parenthood and pursuing of family building through third party reproduction and assisted reproductive technologies.


Stephanie lives in the greater Boston area and holds a Master of Social Work degree from Simmons University and licensure in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maine.
